Take 60 seconds to watch this new Delta commercial [Tell the World] because it is powerful and a great example of "changing your prounouns." Delta doesn't brag or boast, and it makes me and my reasons for traveling the star of the commercial.
It's the same for your campus visit. One of the best practices we teach tour guides in our Steps to Being Memorable student workshop is to change their pronouns when speaking with students and families. So many times simply changing "we" and "I" to "us" or "you" completely changes the campus visit dialog. Reframing things as "When you are a student here, this is where you will..." is more inclusive and helps visitors make a more emotionally-engaging visualization.
Changing pronouns costs no money and can have huge impact.
