MC Hammer had it all wrong. Touch screens are all the rage, and we find many of our clients are installing large touchscreen monitors in their admissions spaces. Airports, restaurants and even the New York City Subway (photo to the right) are using touchscreens to help guests navigate menus, spaces and information. Young kids (especially my son, Cameron) naturally gravitate to touchscreens, but for those of us "digital immigrants", we need an extra push. How will you remind all audiences in your spaces that, yes, they can touch this?
